.tables query support for sql query

If this is supported ,it is easier to get tables name and run sql .

now only .schema and .dump supported .

Looks pretty easy to do, should just need a change to:

• cmd/incus/admin_sql.go
• internal/server/db/query/dump.go

Probably introducing a table=1 as a similar trick to what we did for .schema.
