[Question] Github Action support available?

I have been considering ABI/API compliance checker via github workflow action.
Is there anything that we could use built on top of this tool or hosted on somewhere?

besides, this repository has not been active for 3 years, this repo is not developed anymore? if that is so, is there possible alternative that we could try?
