Merge 2 Reels Branches

I want to get the best worlds from 2 branches.

Basically clone the branch `Silberengel:upload-from-url` and edit the Reels View page like it is in this branch `feature/reels`

Please be aware that it should look good on mobile as well as on desktop.
Please also be aware to use default tailwindcss color schema
