Set default country

Thanks for the plugin! 

Seems like currently there is no option for a default country. What is the likelihood of someone being in Afghanistan? From a UX perspective it would make much more sense to be able to select a default  country in CP.

Bonus: Ability to select "common countries" that are listed at the top of the select (and maybe again in their alphabetical place).

Just some ideas.
