Use read_only instead of readOnly #73

Summary
In the ui_renderer file there are 15 occurrences of readOnly which is not pythonic
We also use snake case in the rest of the file, except for this property.
I know this is a breaking change, but maybe you can accept both (read_only and readOnly)
