[Feature Request]: Fluid live wallpaper

Is there any plan to implement fluid live wallpaper in smart video wallpaper reborn.

Something like this https://paveldogreat.github.io/WebGL-Fluid-Simulation/ ? This plugin's main scope to play videos, I don't think I will add other types of sources, if Qt's WebView QML Type supports WebGL someone should be able to fork this plugin and adapt it (or make a new one) to do that.

No need for a new plugin, just use https://store.kde.org/p/2137308 and a local copy of that page that you can clone/download from https://github.com/PavelDoGreat/WebGL-Fluid-Simulation

Then apply this PavelDoGreat/WebGL-Fluid-Simulation#35 your copy and you're done, might need some CSS edits depending on where your panels are
