Which is updated earliest: Fedora package vs KDE store widget package

I've just been updating Smart Video Wallpaper Reborn (SVWR) via discover as I added it as a widget or something originally, but just now, looking through dnf list paper I found a package in the Fedora repository for SVWR, which got me thinking: Is the Fedora package just as fast as updating as the KDE store version?

I update the KDE store and AUR versions the same day I make a new release.

I do not maintain the fedora package myself, it was provided by http://github.com/farchord so it's up to them to update it when they can after the new tag is made.
