Ludwig not working on Kaggle

Describe the bug
Could not install Ludwig on Kaggle to use it

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create Notebook
2. run !pip install ludwig

Expected behavior
Ludwig is installed an can be used.
