ad_sthlp: list only files that were modified as files created #37

ad_sthlp currently lists all .sthlp files created for a markdown as the Stata help files created, regardless of which were actually modified or not. See the screenshot below:
This is okay, but I think it would be clearer to the user if this list included only the .sthlp files that were actually modified. In my example, only lint.sthlp had changes and all the others remained the same.
Perhaps this is something you can consider for a later release?
