GoDonnie test programs in English

There are a few test programs in https://github.com/lsa-pucrs/donnie-assistive-robot-sw/tree/feature-docs-rtd/client/godonnie/test. However, they are all in Portuguese.

create dirs pt_br, en_us with corresponding examples. make sure the cmakelist install all the files correctly.
