Copy My Recent PRs → Clipboard (Confluence-ready)

Describe the feature or potential improvement

Add a "Copy last-week PRs" button beside the existing Reviewed PRs Copy action in Hephaestus.
When clicked, it should:

1. Fetch all pull requests authored by the current user that meet any of these states within the past 7 days
   • Merged
   • Ready to merge (labeled accordingly)
   • Ready for review (non-draft, still open with ready for review label)
2. Compile them into Confluence-friendly wiki markup, one line per PR:

   | [PR title|https://github.com/org/repo/pull/12345] |
   

3. Copy the formatted block to the clipboard so it can be pasted directly into the team-meeting Confluence table, producing rows whose link text is the PR title.
