Server shutdown hang #24
Description
Describe the bug
Occasionally when attempting to close the server via ctrl + C it hangs indefinitely with the following messages. I had to close the terminal to get it to shut down fully.
To reproduce
Run the server, and then close it using ctrl + C.
Expected behavior
The server should shut down gracefully.
