REQ: PhyAlign - Be able to visually highlight search terms in a phylogentic tree

When you have created your phylogenetic tree, you may want to highlight certain genes. I'd like a text field where I can input text strings or gene IDs, which are then highlighted with one or more defineable HEX colors. 

The way you do it for CORNEA would be excellent.
