Documentation update for useLocalStore and useDefer

First off, I love this library and associated documentation.

Would it be possible to get the doc updated with content of releases 1.17 and 1.19?

Yep, documentation is definitely lagging behind (its always the least fun part of building a project haha). Will be pushing through some updates soon on that. Will try and do future releases alongside the document updates from now on.
