Log Parsing Paper no longer available

In Readme (140), under Log Parsing, the link to the first paper,

[IPOM'03] A Data Clustering Algorithm for Mining Patterns from Event Logs

seems to point to a file that is no longer available.

I looked the same paper up and found it under the author's Github page at:

https://ristov.github.io/publications/slct-ipom03-web.pdf

I believe you can use that link
