In the README, link to Gecko4Eudacation is not publicly reachable

In the README, their is a link to the Gecko4Education line of beard. But when I follow this link, I get an error message:

Please connect to the BFH VPN service to access this resource.

Indeed, we are aware of the problem. The documentation site is currently only reachable to students and collaborators of BFH. The documentation needs to be migrated to a new platform. Unfortunately, this effort is currently stalled due to limited resources.
