Best practices for good validation UX?

I can't find in the documentation how to follow this best practice.

1. If I'm typing in fields for the first time, I want validation to occur lazily. That is: on blur. It's not helpful to show an error to the user (like the password is too short) when they haven't even finished typing.
2. However, if a field has an error, I want validation to happen eagerly. So in the case of a password that's too short, I want to immediately resolve the error when they meet the condition, so that there's instant feedback that the error has been resolved. (And if they re-trigger the error while still in the field, then the error should display eagerly again.)

What is the best way to approach this in Vee-Validate with the least amount of code? Vee-Validate either doesn't support this well, or it isn't documented well, even though this is a common pattern for form validation.

I believe, or the way I'm doing it, you can use either per form config or global and change behaviour with validateOnModelUpdate: false. It does have other issues, or for Ant Design for sure :)
