setFieldError doesn't set meta.valid to false

setFieldError doesn't set meta.valid to false. @logaretm Is this intended behavior?

I found the docs a bit confusing on this part. On one hand we have this which suggest that after setFieldError its meta.valid should be false:

But on the other we have this, which to me sounds like meta.valid reflects if the field's validators pass or not and since I use setFieldError to set the error manually it should stay true

This is indeed a bug, should be resolved in 7356c10
