useForm in pinia

So I have a pinia store and used useForm in the store. It is in a dialog window. so when i leave the dialog and reenter I get this

do I have to reinitialize the store or useForm to make it work multiple times. there is store.$reset and store.$dispose but that does not work.

Since I do not actively use pinia I have no idea when this is happening. Can you create a minimal reproduction with it?
