Expose isSubmitting via components

Is there a way to expose isSubmitting to the <script> part when using the Components version?

<Form v-slot="{ isSubmitting, meta: formMeta }">...</Form>

When using template refs, only setters are available:

ƒ resetForm(state)
ƒ setErrors(fields)
ƒ setFieldError(field, message)
ƒ setFieldTouched(field, isTouched)
ƒ setFieldValue(field, value, { force } = { force: false })
ƒ setTouched(fields)
ƒ setValues(fields)

What I am trying to achieve?

I have a form in a modal component. I would like to disable the actions that would close the modal (i.e. ESC and click outside) while the form is being submitted.
Those actions being defined outside the <Form> scope, I need to access the isSubmitting prop via a template ref or global scope.
