How can I disable validate?

I want to temporarily disable all validates, but the code below also works with validates.
How can I disable all validates?

Sorry, I was missing some information.
I'm using Cleave.js and calling Cleave.js's onValueChanged function causes validate to work.
I'll make an example later if I can.
