How to pass "onInput" value to Form's @input manually?

I have a MediaLibrary that when I click on the image to be added, it sets the value of the input, but Form doesn't recognize any change, how can I fire the input event to my Form by setting manually a field value?

Or, how can my Form recognize that it's touched? I just need that information...

This is my set function, using Lodash's set
