Copilot not finding all relevant information in the vault

Hi there, I'm playing with the plugin and have a very small Vault (12 files in total containing meeting notes). I can see they are all indexed:

I switched to QA and have asked "Who is Jose", which is explained in the file highlighted in green (2025-05-27). He is also briefly mentioned in file highlighted in blue (2025-05-20).

If I ask "who is Jose", I only get one resource (the blue, not the green - which actually contains the answer).

Would you know why and what I can do to improve the search?

Same. Looks like a bug in embbedings search strategy

what are the chat and embedding models used? Have you tried other embedding models?

It's only happening in your
