Get all vault tags for context

Hi Copilot team,

It would be great to be able to pass @tags (all already present tags in the vault) as context parameter in the chat. Then we would be able to generate tags (even via custom command) for a current note, and re-use the naming we already have in the vault, without creating similar duplicates.

I've tried to include @vault to achieve that, but it is fetching tags only from the few notes.
