[feature] pop-out footnotes #30

very often while writing these, i do little notes that would better function as footnotes. an example of what i mean is... uhhhhh... here, check this article from the ringer for an example. within the article, there are nice, cute, bubble-like footnotes that (when clicked) pop out on the side. one small thing i would love is if we could also have the footnotes collate at the bottom of a post too; theirs are solely bubble pops, which is fine, but it would be nice to have both. still. this would be a nice thing to have!
