ignoring free fights / free kills?

before I go a' bug-reporting, anyone else catch garbo not using any of their available free fights / free kills?
mafia (r28467) and garbo both up to date as of now, Mar 26.

skipped things included snojo, seals, melf, shattering punch, jokester, batoomerang, love, nep, oliver's, leaves, tentacles,etc etc etc.

This is following a zoot prism-break.
started garbo up with garbo ascend target="cockroach" turns -37 , freefights unused and un-noticed.
took care of my few kol errands, reran garbo ascend target="cockroach" , did my pvps.
noticed the unused resources (thanks tourguide), so ate a non-profitable chocolate and tried garbo ascend,still didnt touch my freebies.
shot myself with a times arrow, did about half my freebies manually, and tried plain old garbo. No interest in any free thing.

Tourguide being aware of everything gave me assurance that mafia was aware of these thing and I wasnt in a pref-wipe situation.

Suppose Ill see how it likes things after ascending?
but curious if this is a known thing, and if there are any tricks to be known or prefs to be tweaked...

Free fights / free kills being ignored again.
This time following a HC standard run.
Is there a command / pref tweak to make garbo use these resources?

I've seen this here and there, always post-run. Have blasted some prefrefs around and haven't found any obvious things wrong.

So I opened an issue, and was given an answer as to why this was happening:

The tldr of it is that freefights aren't run if you have a pending Habitat mob. In my case it's a modern zmobie (which I believe is un-encounterable due to the crypt zone being closed.)

You can lie to mafia about your habitat state to make use of all your resources if you run into the prob, explanation in the link .
