Handling 100% elemental resistance monsters

Garbo is fighting a 'Section 11' monster (100% ele resist) using saucegeyser, results in losing the combat.

I'm curious how I can instruct garbo to use something else like the pastalord spell (doing physical damage).

I see that garbo constructs a combat macro. Can it be configured?
