Log file still created with verbose=False #534
Description
Describe the bug
When setting verbose=False in the optimizer.optimize() method, the print to console and log file are stopped, but the log file is still created. It would be good if this didn't happen. Perhaps this is not due to this method, but generally it would be useful to have logging as an option
