[🐛 BUG] Hot reload integration installation

Description

If we have xyd already running and try to enable integration then xyd does not recognize that (cache) and we need to remove cache manually.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run xyd
2. On running server change integrations that need installation e.g livesession
