Unable to steam video into element-call room

This is a bit of a guess where the problem lies, I haven't been able to track down the issue yet.

Using livekit-cli I used to be able to play videos inside a private element-call room. The video in question was transcoded into a split vp8/ogg and streamed into the room. Currently the audio plays but no video pops up. Nothing has changed on my end and unfortunately I don't have a timeframe of when it broke.

/opt/livekit/livekit-cli join-room --room "!XYZ:url" --identity video --api-key key --api-secret 1234567890 --publish /video.mp4.ivf --publish /video.mp4.ogg --fps 30

False alarm. Did some digging and found the change in element-call that "broke" this functionality.
