Extremely disrupting UI bug: scroll jumps on click on the cell output

I don't know the exact conditions of this happening, but I've noticed it many times before as well. It doesn't only happen with tables.

The experience is like this: I want to click on something in the output of a cell (copy text, expand table cell etc), and it throws me away. Sometimes the shift is small, sometimes it is large.

From UX standpoint, I think it is paramount to be very careful with page scrolling.

Steps:

1. Evaluate cells
2. Set table page size to 100
3. Scroll and click somewhere around row 60, for example
