Livebook integration with Elm

I am an Elm developer, jxxcarlson on Slack and most other places. I'm interested in building Elm integration with Livebook. How would I go about doing this?

@jxxcarlson, what does "Elm integration" mean? Do you want to:

• write Elm code natively in Livebook?
• use Elm to write Smart cells?
• create a code editor that renders out an element like the tailwind playground?
