Apps show urls that assume hosted on localhost

Hi 👋 we have livebook running in kubernetes and we just updated to 0.9 to take advanatage of the new Apps feature 👨‍🍳 💋 !

Even though I have LIVEBOOK_APP_SERVICE_URL set, it appears Apps is just using the IP+PORT the phoenix server is running on. Is this expected or is there a different env var that we need to set? Thank you 🙏

Hey @iautom8things, we changed this to a relative URL in #1835. You can either use the :edge image or wait for a patch release that we plan very soon :)
