Registry of module namespaces #8
Description
Discussion is ongoing at tc39/proposal-built-in-modules#14 about whether we should use one or multiple namespaces/scopes/schemes for built-in modules. If we use multiple, then this repository should consider being a place where we document all of those namespaces, and we might leave it to others to document allocation within that namespace.
