Software gets stuck when splitting files #2

Dear developer,
I have tried to use this software to split my exported health data. But when it shows "splitting chunk 4,,,", it got stuck and the CPU usage is only 1-2%. So I guess if there is any issue with my data or the data is too big to be split.
BTW, when I directly use the Health Data Importer, it shows some error msg "support.Message:Attribute startDate redefined (row 2105173,column 169)." I think it may be related to this issue.
The XML file size is about 600M, and I am using MacBook Air M1.
