Add a search for filtering links

We make heavy use of categories/tags and have almost 100 links (in 15 tags).

It would be great to have a search option that filters and display app links only with that name/content.

I'm going to move this to a discussion, but once I merge functionality from heimdalljs this will be available as it's already implemented there, though the way tags works will change slightly.
