changedetection.io icon disappears after saving and it is shown github's one

Hi,
I tried to add the changedetection.io app. The icon is shown when I select the app, but after saving in the dash it is not "loaded"/"shown" but instead there is that of github (the github icon, not the haimdall no-icon icon).
Let me know if I can do something more to check.
