[Mint-Y][22.1-XFCE][Bug] Panel's theme is not set to light mode when changing dark/light themes. #515
Description
When switching from dark/light Mint-Y themes, the panel bar's color persists in its dark theme. Nothing happens when toggling the dark mode slider in the panel preference's appearance tab. I use Mint-X as the color I expect the panel bar to be when in a light theme.
When using Mint-X, the panel bar's color is what I expect when using a light theme.
When using Mint-Y, the panel bar is stuck in its dark theme.
