What happened?

Applet logs St.PolicyType is undefined error on start. The applet icon is loaded and functional, but no notifications are reported ever.

Tested with:

gdbus call --session --dest=org.freedesktop.Notifications --object-path=/org/freedesktop/Notifications --method=org.freedesktop.Notifications.Notify "" 0 "" "Hello world!" "This is an example notification." [] '{"urgency": <1>}' 5000

Original notifications applet does shows notification (tested both applets separately, not in parallel and after restarting cinnamon)
