Bump tough-cookie and ngrok in /examples/kitchensink

Removes [tough-cookie](https://github.com/salesforce/tough-cookie). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [ngrok](https://github.com/bubenshchykov/ngrok). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `tough-cookie`

Updates `ngrok` from 3.2.7 to 5.0.0-beta.2
