Use OBITools 3 for CRUX

Hi,

I have changed my server and am reinstalling all my programs. Therefore, I have installed OBITools3 and am trying to figure how to use it into CRUX.

I am trying to use OBITools3 to convert the EMBL std nucleotide databases into obitools/ecopcr readable databases using obiconvert. obiconvert has been changed and is obi import

I have been able to import the taxdump and dat files into DMS files, but I have not figured out how to use the crux.sh to the ecoPCR, and continue with blast and bowtie indexing.

I have Rocky Linux 9 with python3 and as far as I understand, OBITools requires python2. There is no official way to install python 2 on Rocky Linux 9

Greatly appreciate any help.
