Remove generator traversal from consumed to provided resources

Currently it's possible in a template to navigate from a consumed resource to the AppServer of a provider.
This code has several bugs and is probably not in use. The feature is also not documented or obvious.

We should remove this code to fix some bugs and make template generation faster.
