Checkout will not allow more than 18 items in cart to be processed. #681
Description
Cart empties itself and customer redirected to home page and a "something went wrong error" when checking out. Customer has then lost entire cart and most bounce as they don't want to keep putting 18+ items in basket with no idea why this happened to them.
Causes lots of high value orders per month to be missed.
LS Support say they are aware and working on a fix but this has been ongoing for some time.
Anyone got any ideas of a cause and if so potential solutions.
We are running the latest stable release.
God knows how much revenue is being lost to all these LS web stores.
