Feature request: range search

Hi,
Thanks for this great effort! was wondering whether it would be possible to do a range search (that returns all vectors within a radius around the query point) in the framework. Would really need this for a current project. This is for example supported in FAISS, but would love to use PLAID multi-vector capabilities. Do let me know if this is currently supported, or would require minimal changes to be implemented.

@rubenweitzman Sorry for the late answer, this is not currently supported and would require quite some update in the algorithm, I'm willing to integrate this feature but I won't have time to design it right now
