Streaming mcap files like in Foxglove imported data

Hello, that do you think about feature "foxglove imported data"(this functional works in foxglove imported data https://docs.foxglove.dev/docs/connecting-to-data/imported-data). It seems like streaming http by current player time range. I think it will be helpful for big files. Do you have some ideas, how to create this functionality in your code?
