Make Selected Object Panel resizable

Feature-request:
The Selected Object Panel currently has a fixed size. It should be possible to resizes that window.

In Lichtblick you have that very nice feature that you can click on objects and then get an extra window "Selected Object" which displays additional information. As soon as you have added a couple of custom messages e.g within "metadata" The window becomes quite small and hardly usable. In this case it would be good to have the ability to just resize it and make it bigger.

Due to image size restriction of <10kb I can only upload a very small example:

The current "Selected Object" Window is fixed in size and you can only scroll down. When more data is added you need the possibility to make it "bigger"

Hi @DFKChris thank you for your input, we will take this into consideration. If you would like you can open a PR with these changes otherwise we will put it in our roadmap but has no high prio.
