Check's red highlighting delay on Brave #18463

In any lobby game
Steps to reproduce the bug
1.) Open Lichess.org on Brave Browser
2.) Play a game
3.) Give a check
4.) You'll see a notable delay in between the check being given and the underline being shown
What did you expect to happen?
Instantaneous check underline
What happened instead?
Not-instantaneous check underline

succesfully reproduced it on Google Chrome

This issue - I believe - is closely knit to #18445 as the both effectively share the same issue (One with pieces and other with rendering other things)
