Since the vast majority of chess players still play on chess.com, most will ask you for your chess.com elo.
For many users, the chess.com elo is either extremely outdated or don't have one at all. And telling your friends that "I don't actually play on chess.com I play on lichess and the elo system is totally different so you won't understand what it means" isn't a good move.
There have been multiple lichess to chess.com elo converters [1] [2] [3], so why not take such a spreadsheet and put it directly into lichess so you don't need to access an external website?
It doesn't need to be perfect (it should be rounded to emphatise that), but it should be good enough to tell your friends.
Maybe show it when hovering your cursor over your chess.com elo?
