Is there any way to start a game by opening a lichess URL?

If yes, is there any way to set-up the preferred time control or other game options?

The closest match I found was: http://en.lichess.org/?any#hook, but this doesn’t seem to support setting time control, nor does it start the game/matchmaking itself

No, and there shouldn't be. Starting a game must be an explicit user action, not just opening a link. It would make opening links, including shortened links, more dangerous than it should ever be.

Well, there’s no risk if the "start" itself doesn’t happen though, so what about being able to customize which options are set for the ?any#hook route? And then the user simply has to click "start"
