[Feature Request] Allow ROM data to be read by external tools such as SNI and QUSB2SNES #296
Description
Currently the only cores that function this way are the BSNES-Mercury cores (Network Commands must be set to ON in Retroarch Settings).
SNI cannot detect memory mapping or a valid rom header against the SNEX9x core.
